Andi Gray

Andi Gray - Strategy LeadersAndi Gray is President of Strategy Leaders, Inc., a business-consulting firm she launched in 1995.

Andi’s corporate experience includes 20-plus years in business development and strategic planning. Working for top companies in Corporate America, including Xerox, American Express and Contel, Andi produced results in manufacturing, distribution and service environments. 

Early career experience in family owned computer and construction businesses taught her about the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship. Educated in the United States and Europe, in 1994 Andi earned an MBA from the Executive Program at Columbia University, conducting nearly 2 years of independent research on the success and failure drivers for entrepreneurial businesses.

Andi has written extensively about entrepreneurship as the foundation for a thriving US economy in the 21st Century. She has been quoted in newspapers, including the Financial Times of London, and The New York Times. A 2004 publication, 10 Rules for Growing a Business in Turbulent Times, shared knowledge compiled by her company. She co-authored New Game, New Rules, introduction by American Business Historian Stuart Bruche, Garland Publishing, March, 1996.

Westfair Publications recognized Andi in 2008 as part of their WWOW, Working Women of Westchester awards. In 2009 the Westchester County Association (WCA) awarded Andi it's APEX Award for Entrepreneurship. In September, 2009 she was elected to the Board of the WCA. In 2010 the Westchester Business Journal named Andi to it's list of the top 100 people to watch. 

Since 1995, Andi has provided timely information and practical guidance for business owners, as the author of the weekly business advice column, Ask Andi, published in the Westchester County and Fairfield County Business Journals, and HV BIZ. She hosts Ask Andi Live Cable Show, and regularly conducts Owners Forums where business owners come together to share and learn. Starting in  2011, Andi, as Chair of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club, Small Business Committee, launched an educational series focused on the needs of business owners.
