Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation Announces Webinar Videos now available

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY – The Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) today announces the online posting of the videos from the Spring Webinar Series.  Entitled “Building a Successful Business,” the series, moderated by Andi Gray of Strategy Leaders, covered a diverse array of topics designed to help business grow and prosper.

The topics and speakers include Andi Gray of “Ask Andi” fame, presenting “Developing goals into an overall marketing and sales plan.”  We continued with Josh Sommers of Focus Media who presented “Using Social Media, which is best for you.”  Next was Frank Surdey, Managing Economist with NYS Department of Labor presenting “Workforce Intelligence for Business and we wrapped it up with a presentation on  “Succession Planning” with Larry Holfelder, CPA of Disciplined Wealth Advisors LLC.

This successful webinar series was attended by over 60 people and was well received and highly praised.

“This is a great example of Dutchess County EDC using the latest technology to provide topical educational information to businesses,” said County Executive William Steinhaus.
