Before launching Strategy Leaders, Andi built her career in sales, marketing, and business development at Fortune 500 companies like Xerox, American Express, and Contel. But her business roots go deeper—she grew up in family-run companies, where she saw firsthand the pressure and complexity of running a business where everyone relies on you.
Armed with an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and more than three decades of hands-on experience, Andi developed the Plan2Grow™ methodology—a proven coaching system that helps owners double profit, triple revenue, and build companies strong enough to last and valuable enough to sell.
She’s a nationally recognized speaker, published author, and regular contributor to business media. Her work has earned her multiple honors, including the Working Women of Westchester Award and two APEX Awards from the Westchester County Association.

As VP at Strategy Leaders, Robyn partners directly with growth-stage businesses ($1.5M–$10M) to put the right structure in place for sustainable growth: clear financials, aligned leadership, operational systems, and real strategic direction. Her style blends sharp business acumen with no-fluff execution—because most businesses don’t need more ideas. They need clarity, consistency, and accountability.
She’s also the founder of Bad B CMO, a Strategy Leaders sister company built for owners who are tired of throwing money at marketing that doesn’t work. Bad B brings strategy, systems, and a revenue-first mindset back into the marketing function—helping teams stop chasing shiny objects and start delivering real results.
Through her third venture, Find Staff, Robyn helps businesses hire better and faster. From fractional roles to full-time talent, she connects SMBs with skilled, global team members—without the usual drama or disconnect.
A 40 Under 40 honoree, Robyn served for six years on the National Limousine Association’s Education Committee, helping raise the bar across the industry. She’s also a nationally recognized speaker on topics like strategic growth, remote team building, and designing a business that doesn’t run you into the ground.
